Jokic has played like dogshit and he has a 30 point triple double. Absolutely unreal how good this guy is.

I think if you have season tickets to the Pelicans this year they should give you free beer. Unlimited free beer.

If you're willing to sit through 41 games of this New Orleans team, knowing the whole time that you don't even control your pick, you deserve a reward for that kind of loyalty.

Today is the day to repost this meme about International Men's Day, one of the most unironically wholesome memes that has ever been made.

Shoutout to all my fellow champs, chiefs, and kings. ✊

Spinerette's eponymous album is so good.

Makes such better use of Brody Dalle's voice than her Distillers stuff and the whole album is full of fat basslines.

I will never get tired of middle school choirs singing the national anthem before NBA games.

"For the laaaaand of the freEEeEeEe and the home of the braaaave!"

It's so damn wholesome.

During the period 1998-2002 I probably ate one thousand of these things. I'd have 'em for breakfast, I'd put 'em in my lunch, I'd eat 'em after school.

RIP Kudos. You were too good for this world.
Kudos Bars (1986-2017): A line of chocolate-covered chewy granola bars, marketed as a healthier snack for kids, despite ostensibly being candy bars. Available in flavors like chocolate chip, peanut butter, cookies n creme, and many more. then eventually actual candy variants like Snickers and M&Ms.

Tripped on some construction detritus and sprained my ankle really bad in the lobby of my doctor's office. I've never had an injury tended to so quickly in my life.

Not broken just a bad sprain. Looks like there's a grapefruit in my sock.

People have a good reason to resist acknowledging the male loneliness crisis. They correctly perceive that women are being blamed and told to fix it.

But the real cause is predatory capitalists who profit on keeping men isolated and online.

Don’t blame women for men’s loneliness. Blame capitalism

Obviously there's only so much I'm going to hand it to any pope but I gotta say, Leo seems pretty decent.

Again, for a pope.

Every frozen pizza I eat for dinner represents a minor victory over my own worst impulses.

Because when you're feeling especially lazy, frozen pizza is infinitely more financially responsible than having food delivered.

It's not good for me, I'm not proud of it, but it's a compromise I can accept.

I own multiple books by Sarah Kendzior and have enthusiastically encouraged others to read them. I think she's insightful and worth listening to.

Using "disappeared" here when people are actually being disappeared is some real Poaster's Madness. Touch grass.
BlueSky is a bad site used by good people. That describes most social media sites. But BlueSky is egregiously unethical. Any of you can be disappeared for baseless reasons. I've been on social media for 17 years and never been suspended. BlueSky is the first place to do so – over Johnny Cash lyrics.

Clippers decided early that they were gonna play Jokic 1 on 1 and he has absolutely punished that decision. 52 points and it's only the third quarter.

I honestly don’t know what to say anymore. It is overwhelmingly clear at this point that the Republican Party has sold its soul to protect a child rapist, led by wealthy ghouls who will never have enough.

There is only one war, now and forever, and it is the class war. There must be consequences.

The value of reading history is you know that in 1860 there were abolitionists who were so demoralized that they thought chattel slavery would be permanent. 5 years later those still alive had lived to see its end.

Jokic had 35 points on 19 FGA which is already pretty astounding but he also only shot 3 free throws. Dude shot 85% from the floor tonight.

Starting lineup of SGA, Doncic, Giannis, Jokic, Wemby?

Good luck USA.
So to sum up the All-Star Game selection process this season:

24 All-Stars
12 from each conference
Positions don't matter
16 US players
8 World players
2 US teams
1 World team
8 players per team
If there are not enough US or World players then Adam Silver will select more to fill out the teams.
Looks like NBA just revealed the All-Star Game format this season. Two teams of American players and one World team. Same selection process for the All-Stars but they will not be picked based on position. So positionless All-Stars selections.

For the first few days after EUV was released I thought "oh shit, this is too hard, I am too dumb, I cannot play this game." Then I watched a bunch of tutorials and noodled around in the actual game a bit, and it's still quite daunting, but I'm starting to see how this game works, and I'm so pumped.
