There's more appropriate things to describe as "unfair, unproductive and unnecessary", like:
- Pay Equity changes/cuts
- NZQA changes/cuts
- Public Sector layoffs
- Jobseeker sanctions
- Roads of National Insignificance
- Ministry for Regulation
- Landlord and Big Tobacco tax cuts

etc.

Govt to cut #JobSeeker benefit for 18 & 19 year olds who’s parents earn over $65,000, even if the teens have a disability or health condition. With #CostOfLiving & the job shortage they’re cranking up stress levels to 11, all to meet a target.

So we won’t recognise Palestine, but will continue to give a pithy amount of aid money. Meanwhile…
Doctors Without Borders has suspended its medical activities in Gaza City. Their facilities are surrounded by tanks and under aerial bombardment. They urgently call for immediate protection.
