I got laid off today, with the rest of 18F.

What I’ve learned from letting the tRump 1.0 actions outrage me for 4 years, & now dealing with family who’s woken up in 2-0. Those of us who’ve been paying attention all along need to take care of ourselves. We need to be ready & mentally healthy to help calm the outrage & lead the resistance.

I found that the best way to build a business is to build a relationship with your customers ask how they are doing, how are the kids , how did their dad’s surgery go, show interest in them and mean it because they know what they want

With an active duty Army officer for a son, it scares me thinking about what he may be “ordered” to do, and how is he to know how to respond. Is it an illegal order? Is it not. What a sh*t show with real life consequences.
So anybody with a heart, anybody who stands up for DEI, or LGBT+ is at risk of being fired.
