FWIW, the choice was scrubbing their website or potentially closing down because their funding was turned off. Sure they could have sued, but what then?

my wife is running this fundraiser for help resourcing during a long slog of a job hunt. she’s reached 25% of her goal which is amazing, but it’s been stalled out there for a few days, so I’m hoping to get some momentum.
