It's so cool how a bunch of kids realized there was a genocide in the middle east in 2023 and now suddenly every major company and government is tripping over their own dicks to turn the world into an Orwllian surveillance state so that never happens again.

Had a call earlier today with some other game devs I'm working with, I thought I had heard one of them (a close friend) call me a "good girl", I was a tad disappointed when I found out he had actually just called me a "good programmer"...

I find English's distinction between town and city kinda annoying, since in Portuguese both are just "cidade". So, in English I need to check a place's population count before I can know if I should call it a town or a city, but in Portuguese I can just say "cidade" and it always works.

I was todays years old when I learned that in godot if you make a category with a name that has a matching editor icon the inspector will use that icon for the category
