Just got off a call where HR is trying to recruit more NPs for a program but don’t want to call them NPs so the union doesn’t get involved. But obviously if the position was union we’d have less trouble recruiting! Workers like unions folks! It’s not that hard!

Gearing myself up for a mammogram & breast ultrasound today. The exam is fine. The shitty part is knowing I will have to argue with my insurance over paying for the ultrasound. It is clinically indicated for people with dense breast tissue, like myself but every year I have to convince them.
