In Aotearoa New Zealand there's a constant media drumbeat about the brain drain, the feeling that young kiwis are moving overseas for more opportunity. But if you look at the stats, the economic impact of emigration negligible.

When regulators design social media frameworks as if every platform is Meta-sized, they risk creating an internet where only monopolies can survive.

Bluesky CEO @jay.bsky.team & @rabble.nz discuss how Meta-scale regulation creates barriers that smaller social teams can’t operate under.

This! If you try to review agentic generated code in the way you review human developer you’ll waste time. LLM’s don’t learn like humans. So much of human code review is about teaching devs and developing a common team set of cultural practices.
Unpopular opinion:

Current code review tools just don’t make much sense for AI-generated code

When reviewing code I really want to know:

- The prompt made by the dev
- What corrections the other dev made to the code
- Clear marking of code AI-generated not changed by a human

Cool project, but this feels a bit disingenuous: gandersocial.ca#data-privacy

ATprotocol doesn't support privacy the way you're implying. Your data definitely goes to servers outside of Canada and there's no privacy or access control.
