Girl on the bus (to her boyfriend who's just put on a Vader mask): Stop it.
Him: Why? Am I scary?
Her: No Tim. Just very, very irritating.

Reminded of the time that a BBC World Service presenter asked their guest how long there had been a Latino presence in Los Angeles and I yelled at my car stereo, “The name of the city is **LOS ANGELES**!”
I may have a stroke.

Someone said protests don’t belong in church and it took every ounce of self-censure within me not to say “Deborah you are literally a Protestant.”

A PROTESTant.

I assume they think Luther was nailing Bed, Bath, & Beyond coupons to the door.

I think I am fed up with people who constantly complain about politics, crap on various parties (including the one they vote for), etc but refuse to get involved in any form of political activity, campaigning, activism etc. Yes, you have the right to complain and I also have the option to mute you.

Oh lol, J Michael Bailey is the PI for this study, and Kenneth Zucker is part of it, and their study won't even describe trans people as trans--they use "gender dysphoric youth."

This is 100% a study that's gonna try and prove that conversion therapy is effective.

Do not, under any circumstance, participate in this junk study.
