Wenn er schon mit seinem Rechtsbruch nicht die Zahlen liefern kann, die er zur Legitimation braucht, dann muss er die Situation eben so verschärfen, dass die Zahlen eben generiert werden. Klassischer CSU-Move. Der behauptet ja auch, dass geltendes Recht eine "Manipulation" wäre. Er muss gehen.

Geht es um Diskrimierung im Gesundheitssystem, ist mEn das Letzte, woran gedacht wird, dass Menschen wegen ihrer Krankheit oder Behinderung diskriminiert werden. Manchmal scheint es mir, als wollte man gesellschaftlich Krankheit und Behinderung nicht mal als Kategorie für Diskriminierung anerkennen.

Geht es um Diskrimierung im Gesundheitssystem, ist mEn das Letzte, woran gedacht wird, dass Menschen wegen ihrer Krankheit oder Behinderung diskriminiert werden.
