Not that anybody gives a shit anymore, but building a concentration camp in the middle of a swamp is a bad idea for the swamp too. The waste has nowhere to go but in fragile waters, and a tropical storm or, God forbid, a hurricane, will be devastating. The stupid is rivaled only by the evil.
