Brilliant (if depressing) summary of the critical issues behind NHS resident doctor dissatisfaction, with successive govts failing to support or adequately remunerate them. Sad that local GP @pwhitakerwriter.medsky.social has left the NHS but glad that his skills/experience are appreciated in Canada
