CNN confirms what MSNBC reported live a few hours ago: DOJ is surveilling Dem lawmakers when they go to the DOJ to search unredacted Epstein files.
CNN: "Another photograph - these are notes AG Bondi brought to the hearing today. This shows a list of Rep. Jayapal's search history. Lawmakers are allowed to go to a DOJ facility to search unredacted files. We learned from this photo that the searches are apparently being tracked & read by the DOJ"

Good news out of Denver. Denver is a step closer to enacting a new law banning all law enforcement officers, including ICE and CBP agents, from wearing face coverings while detaining people. This ordinance will be eligible for a final vote as soon as March 2.

One month after DHS bought a Hagerstown warehouse for $102M, Washington County, Md. board of commissioners will vote to pledge support for ICE operations.

The facility will cost ~$110M/year to operate. The county collected $300K/year in property taxes when it was a warehouse.

NYT confirming MS NOW reporting:

Prosecutors began investigating Renee Good's killing, then Washington told them to stop.

Federal prosecutors had a warrant to collect evidence from Good's vehicle, but Trump leaders said to drop it. About a dozen prosecutors have since departed.
