if i remember right,it's partly wwe dumbed it down was there's different writers on raw and smackdown.
so smackdown writers made him blunt and then the irl terror attack stopped his gimmick. him not being Arabic and doing the gimmick was messed up tho. im sure wwe could find a arab wrestler around
