There is a way in which a fish swimming around in a fishbowl knows nothing about water. It is so immersed in water that it can't really "see" it. If you want the fish to really understand water, you have to take the fish out of the bowl and say "Look, that's water".

Absolutely. Start preparing now by supporting any attempts to minimize Trump's actions (e.g., legal suits, media scrutiny, etc.) And keep paying attention. Speak out. Join your neighbors.
As Trump threatens this year’s elections, he operates against the cold reality that he has never accepted an election he lost. He won’t accept it when he loses control of Congress this fall. He will try to overturn it however he can, with the full range of tools available to him as president.

I watched Michelle Obama's bio/documentary "Becoming" tonight on Netflix. It was nice to be reminded that there are many people out there...even people in politics...who are decent human beings, with values and integrity. Keep speaking out. We need to reclaim our country.

This is a good idea. Not just because it would provide safety, but also a way for people to meet and spend some time with others who share their views. The development of a lived experience of community and resolve.
When Voting day arrives..it would benefit the Democratic Voters to hang around outside the Polling Places in massive numbers..this was suggested by one of my State Democratic Reps who is awesome...organize it.. this is how can make it safe for your fellow Citizens to Vote in Person...

I think it is clear that a second American Revolution is inevitable. People are afraid of a violent upheaval, but a vast majority would be willing to support it if the transition were peaceful. Work through the courts. Vote out candidates who do not share your beliefs. Support those who do. Be heard
