Did ab initial intake session today. It was okay. I felt alright talking about everything. Just unpacking everything sounds like a lot when I talk about it to other people but not when I thought about it myself if that makes sense? Like .. lived with it for so long, it didn't feel like much anymore

At the sauna/spa and we got a half hour chair massage. My masseuse was working on my shoulders for like 15 mins took a break to work on my arms and other upper back areas, then went back to my shoulders. He said it was really tight twice. And it was an old Asian man so you know it was really bad 😣
