I wonder if this is why the letter from my last consultation was so bafflingly wrong? I assumed it was just good old fashioned dr not listening syndrome.
Hospitals here, including children's hospitals, are using AI transcription tools as well. Studies have shown they are inaccurate the majority of the time, fabricate content during silences about abuse and drug usage (what could go wrong!!!), and delete the original audio for "privacy" reasons
