There are still several jobs in Russia that woman are not allowed to do.
Some of the restrictions getting lifted or at least getting considered, seem to be driven by the lack of available male work force. Like some jobs in mining.

The conclusion based on the press conference is that there’s absolutely no plan at all in place - or at least not one anchored at the highest level with Trump himself - for what happens next and how to achieve the larger goals of a US-aligned Venezuela.

Here we go...
Drones forced the troops to take cover and HIMARS flattened the shelter they took. Nicely done.
Russian forces tried to mass over 30 light vehicles (motorcycles, buggies, trucks) near Pokrovsk for an assault on Hryshyne. Ukraine’s 7th Air Assault Corps struck them mid-march, including with HIMARS. More Russian assets were hit near city outskirts as they sought cover. Attack failed.
