When I reach 65 and am allowed to retire, Is there a country I should move to in order to be able to live off Canada pension etc. there are no savings, rrsp or company pension. Suggestions please.

Canada should take control of the shuttering Stellantis plant and canada should start manufacturing our own cars. Start with electric.
