I dug up my turmeric root. Washed and dried it. Sliced half and put in the dehydrator and froze the other half for grating into recipes. The dehydrated root is then used in stews whole or pulvarized into powder. Always use gloves as the bright orange color will stain. 🍽🍛🍜🍝
