Remakes are often justified by saying they made XYZ better, and then counter with but original did ABC!
But is that really all that matters? Shouldn't knowing what the original release was, why it had impact or flaws matter?

I don't think fighters giving people a little behind doors preview like 2XKO destroys competitive integrity. A smidge, cause they're likely in closer contact than the occasional test. Which is the real issue to me, being designs around the whims of US pros and content creators. They have a bias.
