I'm realizing something
Escitalopram isn't a magic "no anxiety" button. Instead, it makes me experience anxiety like a... normal person? Someone WITHOUT an anxiety disorder.
I just had an anxious thing happen, so I stopped. Breathed. Grounded myself. Got a hot bath. And I feel mostly better :)

Bad body check compulsions, I know these are the things that will spiral into a health anxiety panic attack if I let them, so I cut them off and am redirecting that energy into busting a groove

So it turns out that Elden Ring DOES work on my PC
And, if I go medium/high quality and 900p upscaled resolution, its solid 60fps indoors and 50-60 outdoors
This will tide me over until Tarnished Edition on Switch 2 lol (YES I WILL ALSO BUY IT THERE)

It's great when I see real tangible evidence of my new meds working
Like, things that once would have filled me with anxiety now just... Not doing so. A friend said to me that the meds I'm on "feel like sensodyne over your anxiety nerve" and that's actually a perfect way to describe it lol
