Gassing protesters in the U.S. is a fully bipartisan project and this has been true for a long time...

They’re using American tax dollars to fund infrastructure in Argentina because that’s where they’re all going to flee when we kick them out of office
After announcing a $20 billion bailout of Argentina, the White House now says it's pausing $18 billion in funding for NYC infrastructure projects

Russ Vought would love nothing more than to tear this country down to its studs

i want to be crystal clear ahead of whatever bullshit lies ahead for people in my community and other marginalized communities; and no matter how deep or painful my grief for Momo is; i am not suicidal and i never will be.

my beautiful wife speaks to this better than i could.
I am so tired of these antivaxers and their fucking bullshit. I know it's just eugenics underneath the justifications, but the justifications alone are enough for me to hate them. None of these people have ever loved a child who died because of a disease. If they had they would know the truth.

I had an autistic kid. I had a vaccinated kid. He was one of the small percentage of people where the vaccine didn't work. We had no way to know that. He got sick with a common bacteria that he was vaccinated against. He died.

Anything is better than losing your kid and once they are gone you would do absolutely anything to bring them back. Even if it meant that they would be so profoundly disabled that you had to go into horrible debt and exhaust yourself by giving them 24/7 care for the rest of your life.

These assholes act like it is better to have a dead child than a disabled child. They act like it would be better to visit their child's grave than to raise an autistic kid. Let me tell you from personal experience. It isn't.

reposted this today because the inverse is also true:

if you abandon trans people right now, you are abandoning civil rights period.

if you can't stand up for trans people when it matters, no one should, or will, ever trust you when the bullseye moves to the next target.
the thing about trans rights is that we fight the civil rights issues of our time. nazi chuds have made this the issue of our time.

it's not more *important* than other civil rights issues, but it is the battleground of the moment, and we have to meet the moment to support everyone's rights.
Centrists bigots and right wingers have this all backward. YOU are the ones constantly bringing up trans issues. I would be happy to not think about this shit every day of my life unless I was talking to or reading something by one of my trans friends and thought of it in passing. SHUT THE FUCK UP

parents: everyone says spend more time with your kids. if you can’t, especially when they’re little, make the time you DO have really count. embrace their existence & what a gift it is to have them there with you even when they frustrate you. let them love you. love them back.

Effective May 10, NOAA is gone. NOAA protects food systems, disaster preparation and public health, clean air and portable water
When NOAA dies, parts if civil society dies.
This is just brutal. We, as a society, are going to suffer incredibly.
