Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance. It exists to remind us of those those in our community we have lost to violence, which trans people are four times more likely to experience than cis people. This is our reality: bigotry, harassment, and violence are ever-present, and yet we still find joy.

It’s a bit later in the evening for me but please a moment of silence for our lost trans siblings
And pray we can make a better future, so that we don’t lose anyone else to violence harassment and bigotry, let’s create a better future for them!
