Some good news, lads. I'm delighted to confirm that the joy I unlocked by pronouncing Moby as "mobby" for the past few years, has now been exponentially outdone by referring to Cher as "chair". It's an absolute blockbuster. Few expect it. Everybody loves it. A mind weapon of immense power. 10/10.
One very underrated pick-me-up is deliberately mispronouncing things. Commit to saying "arples" or "bananners" and you'll see results in days. Only ever pronouncing Moby as "mobby" has been an absolute game changer for my mental health and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Y'all. Y'ALL.

Swirl peanut butter through the yogurt, then pour melted dark chocolate over the top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Freeze till you can crack the lid with a spoon for that oh-so-good crème brûlée satisfaction.

I love stitching insects and displaying them on my walls (faux taxidermy style). Nature is my vibe and I'm slowly making my craft space looks as much like a forest as I can 😁

I'm trying to think of the next insect to stitch. What would you pick?

Anxiety and fear have been clawing at my insides every day for so long now–literally jolted out of a dead sleep last night with my heart pounding a mile a minute–but today, I ran into what I believe is one of our visitors from last spring. Glad to see they're back for the season.

A US-born citizen was walking near Chicago in January. ICE snatched him off the street, handcuffed him, threw into a van. His wallet, which contained his ID, was confiscated. He was detained for 10 hours before being released without a record of what occurred.
