Yet another killing seemingly without any legal authorization. The previous boat was heading to Trinidad and Tobago and there has yet to be ANY evidence of imminent danger requiring a lethal strike. Virtually no fentanyl or opioids travel by this route.

Russia is indeed losing the war on the ground. Unfortunately, Russia is winning the influence war, having successfully split the US and Europe, thus ensuring they will not launch a united response that would give Ukraine enough not just to hold the line but to push Russia back and win on the ground.
