Alberta's Minister of Arts, CULTURE & Status of Women is quite the cultured lady with that potty mouth. While she apologized (because she got caught), it is obvious by their actions that the term she used referring to a constituent is how the UCP views all Albertans that disagree with them.

The UCP is using the notwithstanding clause with the same kind of enthusiasm that a 3 year old wears his brand new Spider-Man t-shirt. We’ve not seen this level of laziness, incompetence or just general evil from an Alberta provincial government before. And that’s really saying something.
