If people in Scottish constituencies are going to vote in unionist parties they should at least have enough principles to refuse free prescriptions, eye tests, tuition fees, personal care, etc, etc. otherwise that choice seems very hypocritical.

This will be an incredible experiment to watch. I suspect the overall result will be greater economic prosperity fueled by the reduced cost of electricity for every link in the economic chain. Each link's savings should multiply all the others and create cascading benefits.

Really nice to see a sunny, colourful and joyful Pictland, rather than the endless murk and misery that characterises TV dramas about the early Middle Ages!
