Two days of good friends and too much beer in that London has left me dragging my arse today.. my duties thankfully are limited. Cleaning , cash and carry. Home. Tomorrow is a long day though as the boss’s boss has told the boss he must work a shop shift .

One of my favourite things to do in that London… coffee and brekkie at the amazing Baba G’s Gloucester Road.

For all the technology they had a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away….. an r2 unit seems quite large compared to a usb stick.

I’ve just spent a couple of nights on York. Lots of great pubs, restaurants etc…. But my must recommendation is Middle Feast kebab takeaway/ restaurant… utterly top drawer.

Tories and Reform want to quit the European Convention on Human Rights.

Since 1980, the ECHR court has heard 29 cases of immigrant deportation. UK won 16. No defeats in the last 5 yrs.

Quitting ECHR won't fix illegal immigration, will destroy our freedoms and rights.

Photons are scattered off electrons as they work their way out of the Sun. They travel only a centimetre before being re-directed. It’s the ultimate drunkard’s walk. A journey that should take 2 secs in a straight line takes ~30,000 yrs.

Photon that starts journey is not same as one that finishes.
Do photons take so long because of gravity or refraction/diffraction/otherwise bouncing off shit? Or am I totally barking up the wrong tree(s)?

It sums up the entitled hypocrite and liar that you would write one star reviews and keep trying to come in. I’d never slag off an owner of a business . Claim his staff made him feel threatened then use his business. Why? Cos it was all a lie to cover his own vile behaviour.

So a guy who wrote terrible reviews about us. Threatened my staff. Lied to cover his arse. Slagged me off online. Who I made clear wasn’t welcome in the place thinks he can just rock up with his wife and mate and think all is ok!! Well! No! Ya barred.

Remember when you put money in a bank at was their responsibility. They pushed you to go online. Promised that you wouldn’t be out of pocket if account was compromised. Now., they give you a bit of advice and tough shit if you’re hacked on THEIR software.

Elon Musk and his influence tears at the very fabric of our society. His platform undermines liberal democracy and forments division and violence. No political, civil society or business organisation should be on X. We live in an incomprehensible world right now.

Watching one of those Harry Potter biopics. I’m not sure they are truly based on facts. At the very least it’s over embellished.
