Then he now has zero reason not to give the speech, or for journalists not to be hanging from the rafters when he gives it

If the water industry worked like any normal industry then a majority of SE Water customers would’ve switched supplier
& SEWater would be calling in the administrators about now.
It’d help to stop thinking of this as an industry made up of competing companies #r4today
