This is honestly a thought that has been rattling around in my head for weeks now.

The Epstein Files shouldn't be political entertainment; they should be a list of people we remove from public life.
Child abusers should never know a moment's peace for the remainder of their days and we are all morally fucking obliged to make sure of it.

We are witnessing in real time every media apparatus spring into action to spread doubt and preemptively excuse their own.

There is no sign that any legal mechanism is going to be used to bring justice to these people.

It is therefore incumbent on us to fill the gap.

Lots of folks saying “this is good” but no, it very much is not.

1) this is the 4th amendment
2) this is a historical norm at worst
3) this is already required
4) again, at worst an historic norm
5) 4A
6) 4A
7) fine
8) good if enforceable
9) useless
10) again, at worst a historical norm

This treasonous diabolical scandal is growing bigger by the day and the American state media have no interest in it.

OMG. He literally went with "they were no angels" which is the mocking phrase people use to point out how authorities try to minimize their law enforcement executions. And he's using it earnestly because he doesn't realize how it's actually used.

Kira Kelley:
The court needs to focus on DHS & ICE rather than the DOJ lawyers who come into court representing those agencies

Are DHS & ICE "making it impossible for counsel to comply?"

"counsel for respondents [i.e., DHS & ICE] don't have the power to get their clients under control."
