The point of the AI project is to provoke despair in creative people. They haven’t produced profits or anything anyone wants, just a steady stream of articles about how us artistic types can’t do the thing we’re already doing, making art. Jokes on them, we’re even better at despair than they are.

In a different project I found a plot structure that will make out of a short story that I'm neither ethical or from a craft perspective happy with into a novella, solving the problems.
It also will make the story easier to follow and write, but will "seem" as if it was hard to write. *magic!*

In a different project I found a plot structure that will make out of a short story that I'm neither ethical or from a craft perspective happy with into a novella, solving the problems.
It also will make the story easier to follow and write, but will "seem" as if it was hard to write. *magic!*

I came up with the internal motivation "I want to hurt myself enough that everything stops hurting so much" for a character, growing out of two different values that will at the end contradict each other in a way that helps the character to grow.
