Funding SNAP isn't a choice he can make. It's a legal obligation. USDA must release the funds and stop punishing the American people.

Cutting SNAP benefits for 42 million Americans, isn’t only casting Americans into starvation and malnutrition, it’s removing 8 billion dollars from the economy! This is money that actually circulates, stimulating the economy, not like stock-wealth that just sits in bank accounts.
