Nothing turns me off from independent shop sites more than popups demanding me to subscribe to news letter, asking me whether I want a discount (by subscribing to a newsletter) etc.

Fuck off, I just wanted to browse. And maybe buy something if it is in my price range. But I'll close the page now.

neolithic guys get pissed if you tell them their cultures are organized by the type of pots and jewelry they made. "we called ourselves the blood hunters" "we conquered villages far beyond this horizon" sorry bud you're the western linear pottery culture now

Got Lotara. So pleased GW finally made her, and also that they did not bundle her with Angron. Shame she's not plastic. But she's worth dealing with CA glue for.

(now go make some Selenar cults gene-witches! There are still some of them left during Siege)

Now that character boxes are firmly a thing in 40k, and they mix marines and non-marines, give me Akurra's inner circle!

Akurra, Tulava, Kyrin, Vasila, Nazos and Yallamagasa - three marines, a human sorceress, a genhanced woman in stolen power armor and a darkmech.

It would be the most fun box! 😄

I see what GW were doing with that Custodes FAQ article but it would’ve been far far funnier to just post this:
a man in a red shirt is tied to a rope by a park ranger .
Alt: Ron from Parks and Recreation hands over a permit to a ranger that just reads ‘i can do what i want’

Check out this beauty. A personally commissioned piece of a scene from 'Silver Skulls: Portents' when the main character encounters his Chaos self-reflection.

Bloody loves it, I does.

I have never used AI in my research.

Even before any ethical or ideological concerns, the way the technology works means you cannot be sure what it says is correct, so anything you get from it needs to fact-checked anyway. So what's the fucking point?

Is it already the new #portfolioday?

Awesome, it's exactly the day when Warhammer's social media showed my battle art for the Maggotkin of Nurgle Battletome!

Hope you like it!🤟

The quality of life thing I want in 11th edition is adding 'can be lead by' info to units. I am tired of checking every single HQ just to find who can be attached to a unit.

"When a poet writes a poem about a flower, I think they're saying thank you to that flower in a very basic way. When an artist paints a portrait, they're saying thank you (---) to that soul. That's what we do as artists, we speak from heart to heart. Heart is where the art is."

I get that they’re evil but do they have to be so clumsily written?

Ooh he’s a racist billionaire who inherited an emerald mine.

An alcoholic far right tv host.

A literal hate filled anthropomorphic testicle.

I mean come on, there’s not even an interesting origin story anywhere

I post this for the five folks who enjoyed my Shadespire novel from years back. I chose the characters' names for a reason...
Reynard the Fox was a prominent figure in medieval European folklore, a trickster and everyman. He would bedevil other anthropomorphic animals, frequently satirizing the nobility and clergy. However, Reynard's main enemy was his uncle, the wolf Isengrim.
