ICE has kidnapped so many people from their cars that the city had to put out this statement. Let that sink in.
Vehicles that are abandoned due to an ICE detention and towed to the City's impound lot will be released to their owners or a representative at no cost.

Badass.
Breaking news: The leaders of the University of Virginia’s board resigned Friday after Gov.-elect Abigail Spanberger (D) asked them and at least three other appointees of her Republican predecessor to step down.
U-Va. board leaders resign as Spanberger and Democrats take power
The dismissals are another sign that Virginia Democrats plan to quickly unwind changes made at public colleges during Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s administration.

Absof-ckinglutely. We are being occupied and terrorized by a hostile force and it's getting worse by the day.
Senate Democrats absolutely have to shut the govt down to stop this ICE insanity in the Twin Cities. This is not sustainable & cannot be normalized. Any Democratic vote to provide money to the thugs who are brutalizing this community is a grave betrayal to the people here. Accountability can't wait.

The stated reason for ICE agents being in Minnesota is because of the ongoing fraud claims around daycare and other services.

The two prosecutors leading those investigations have now resigned in the wake of Renee Good’s shooting. Even the internal supposed logic of this deployment is falling apart

OMFG. I can't imagine how terrified she must have been.
This woman is harder than goddamn steel dealing with these goddamn thugs. I want her to be my neighbor.

Yes to this, with one caveat: Minneapolis is far from the only Minnesota city being terrorized right now.
Any Democratic votes to fund DHS later this month as Minneapolis is being terrorized by DHS is going to be a major slap in the face to Americans living here. Demand major reforms or shut the government down.

Haven't you learned your lesson?" has become ICE's new talking point, often to people just filming from their car. It's part of their strategy to intimidate. It's not going to work
Yes. This is why they released the Ross cell phone footage. They want to make sure we know that they will kill us if we disrespect them.
Trump on Air Force One when asked about Renee Nicole Good

“It was highly disrespectful of law enforcement. Law enforcement shouldn’t be in a position where they have to put up with this stuff”

So if you’re annoyed or disrespected you can just kill the person so you don’t have to put up with it?

Minnesotans, hundreds of us, visited and left flowers at the makeshift shrine on Portland Avenue where Renee Nicole Good's life was cut brutally short at the hands of ICE -- a moving and tender display of love at a place of such senseless loss.💔🕯

The Epstein Files Transparency Act is a law, passed by Congress on November 19 with an overwhelming vote. Complying with it was not optional. The Department of Justice did not comply.

I want to make sure this is very clear.

It was ridiculously cold out, but the people marched anyway, thousands of us, along Lake St. in Minneapolis to support our immigrant neighbors. "Be the Salt," one sign read, and that pretty much summed it up.🧂✊️✨️
