And they will almost certainly not get wrongful death suits because courts have already ruled wrongful death suits due to the pandemic are too great an economic burden for the corporations and the country. But I hope someone gets clever and figures out a way around that.

People no longer wait for institutions to define what’s true or credible. They confer that legitimacy themselves and do it instantly.

It can’t be solved with a comms plan. You solve it by rebuilding trust across the actual centres of influence.
