When I see people complain about somewhere I go to all the time, especially about service, I can’t help but think about how awful some people are to service workers and assume that’s the actual problem. I’ve seen atrocious things said about service workers at places I frequent whom are always sweet

There's only so many times you can act like the world will end if you don't have a Powerpoint ready before you can't get me to drop everything anymore. Especially for one we do twice a year where it's known weeks in advance when it should be due but you don't ask until 48 hours before.
