The Cop City RICO is in crisis. Judge Farmer plans to throw out the bulk of the case on the reasoning that the Georgia Attorney General's office was not invited by the Fulton DA (Fani Willis) to bring the case, so it lacks constitutional authority to prosecute.

A similar recent situation out of Boise: Boise PD and Idaho State Police used footage provided by a far right group to target and charge an abortion activist.
