The biotech scene is rough at the moment despite the positive noises coming from JPM. I am not sure we have hit the bottom yet. The M&A taps might be back on but the general market is still in a funding malaise

The solution put to the housing crisis is to build denser town housing, and flats. Logically it makes sense, but 2025 data shows that house prices rise at 2x the price of Flats and 80% of uk choose to live in suburbia. = Govt will have to build a lot of new suburbia to meet targets?
