Trump makes it so easy for the media to prove him wrong. Simply show a store with a window! But the mainstream media is too scared of pushback from Dear Leader. They’ll report quotes of others saying Portland is fine, but they’re too scared to show pictures and prove it.
Trump: "I don't know what could be worse than Portland. You don't even have stores anymore. They don't even put glass up. They put plywood on their windows."

Every single one of these clips was taken today in downtown Portland. Portland doesn’t want or need a federal takeover. If Trump insists on sending federal “resources” he can start with funding health care, bridges, affordable housing, and wildfire protection to name a few.

The SECOND I heard about this, I went to the park to speak to the person in charge to tell them it needed to end NOW.
Absolutely outrageous.
