Lazlo the Pallid bat (A. pallidus) loses his battle against napping. When the weather cools down, even in the valley in AZ where cold temperatures are mild, bats are going into torpor (like hibernation but they wake up periodically).

thank you for the kind offer to “hang out”sorry it didn’t work out. it turned out there was a vast library of music available to all and an empty room in which to listen to it by myself for as long as I wanted without having to “catch up” or “have a conversation”
