About the 7th inning, I turned to my wife and said “What if it goes extra innings? What if the Dodgers come back and win it?” She’s not a baseball fan, wanted Toronto to win in Game 6 for it to be over, but ended up rooting for them in Game 7. Devastated.
Having slept on it, it’s really set in that the Blue Jays loss last night was one of the most gutting pro sports losses I can remember. Absolutely brutal. My heart goes out to 🇨🇦

I see people misinterpreting this as Kevin saying voting is the only power you have. He’s not. But as someone who’s spent years working on political campaigns, all not voting does is ensure the candidate you hate the most, wins.
I cannot believe there are still people in my mentions arguing that boycotting an election because the candidates aren’t addressing your issue is a way to get them to pay attention.
