Editing is not about rewriting, but about helping a story be the best version of itself. That can mean making things clearer for the reader, but it can also mean making them less clear.

r/SaaS u/soasme I deleted ALL AI features... and user growth went UP. Everyone's busy adding Al to everything. I did the same for indie10k.com but it didn't work. I removed all of fancy Al stuff - Al coach, Al growth ideas, Al "personalized" advice - everything. Guess what? I see more registered users and higher retention. That actually make me wonder why now i have one page with one button, without all that Al thingy, but it does better? Here's my question: Is Al feature actually helping SaaS grow?

Finally getting started on converting the book back to something editable from the pdf I salvaged. Managed to get it back to a doc, but the style is so messed up I have to reconvert every chapter to manuscript format manually.

This is gonna take a while
