This is funny because Americans will refer to the boot of a car as a trunk. A car with a lot of trunk space might be a positive for some people. Elephants also have trunks, and the joke is saying the same thing about the elephant as if it were a car.

This is a wordplay joke. People with red hair are sometimes referred to as ginger. One of the products bakers produce is bread. A gingerbread man is a type of biscuit (cookie for people who use American English), and so it is amusing to refer to the baker as a 'ginger bread man'.

The capital of Australia is not Sydney, it is Canberra. However, Sydney is the capital of the state of New South Wales. People may erroneously think Sydney is the capital of Australia as it is more well-known than Canberra.

Trolls are mostly not getting banned you know. They think they are, but they are just blocked and added to blocklists, labelled, and having some of their posts effectively shadow-banned. Check your advanced settings under moderation to see the default is to hide such posts.
