Y’know, people elsewhere keep using #BlueSky as shorthand for toxic online behavior from the left, but I’m on multiple sites and all the truly banana liberal takes à la 2010s Twitter I see are on Threads. Maybe it’s that BlueSky skews older?

As someone who made the choice to leave conservatism, though, safety isn't guaranteed. On the contrary, it is objectively harder. I have thought about how to pitch a more just worldview to family members, but I cannot honestly tell them they will be happier.

We have ~15 separate radio dispatches, one for each neighborhood, and dozens more for the suburbs/Saint Paul. Each dispatch/monitoring channel contains somewhere between 500 and 2000 people. At any given time there are probably a dozen mobile patrols and 100 on-foot observers in each neighborhood.
Does Minneapolis have a radio dispatch set up for the people who are following ICE? That's brilliant.
