I used to eat “clean” and healthy when it was economical – used to run 10ks, did track & field, walked daily, and hiked every week
In just 3 years a neurological condition I’ve had since I was a kid worsened, now I have serious seizures & leg paralysis
Diet/exercise wouldn’t have prevented this
