my “edited” version of the CDC website, incorrect information on vaccines and autism with the edits written in red: “Studies supporting a link, have been [discredited] by health authorities” [due to weak hypotheses and poor methodology.] “HHS has launched a comprehensive assessment of the causes of autism, including investigations on plausible, biologic mechanisms and potential causal links.” [This will waste time, money, and resources that should instead go towards social supports for actual autistic people.]

these types of studies are important for those with profound autism too. I personally don't have profound autism, but I do relate to the fact that my autism needs — which are very different than the needs of someone with profound autism — don't get met w/ how diluted autism gets
