My point here, in case it's not clear, is that racial categories are historical and social constructions, not biological realities. The first time the word "white" appears in a document produced in North America as a way to describe a person is in the 1680s, 3 generations after Jamestown & Plymouth.

Penn State running back Kaytron Allen was voted onto the the 2025 AFCA FBS Coaches’ All-America Teams as a second-teamer. Allen carried 210 times for 1,303 yards & 15 touchdowns this season. he had 567 yards & 7 touchdowns in the final three games.

The courtroom scene in "A Few Good Men" is bullshit but the fact that everybody knows that scene from a movie released 33 years ago is evidence enough that it doesn't matter, it's just a damn fine scene.

It’s so cool that every website is just Like This now. We used to send guys to the chair for putting pop-up ads on their sites. Now if I want to read something I have to read single lines between autoplaying video ads that use so much RAM they force the browser to reload every 5 seconds.

The indisputable facts are that homicide rates in Baltimore and Chicago are dropping, not due to more cop violence and shootings of Black youth, but because both cities finally have mayors that listen to what Black civil rights leaders and violence prevention experts have been saying since the 60s.
