My point here, in case it's not clear, is that racial categories are historical and social constructions, not biological realities. The first time the word "white" appears in a document produced in North America as a way to describe a person is in the 1680s, 3 generations after Jamestown & Plymouth.

I think this is right and the issue is that when people I want to see get shuffled that’s fine, this issue is more when ads and other random stuff floods the TL it’s when I had enough.

You're touching upon a legitimate area of my training, so I wanted to chime in.
There IS a way to balance diversity of selection with the merit of applicants, and organizational psychologists have demonstrated that it works.
It's called subgroup norming.
