I'm not sure who it would help or hurt in city elections, but I have a feeling Truth in Taxation notices in Mpls that come out later in November are going to be rough.
Downtown office values have fallen pretty severely again. More to shoulder for homeowners.

Edina city staff are recommending denial for the proposal to add a second floor to the current Barrio building at 50th and France, which is slated to become a Daniel del Prado restaurant.
They say the addition requires them to find more parking since it will increase capacity.

That's $167,000 per unit.
If you wanted to build Flux today it would likely cost in the ballpark of $71M or $330K per unit.

Why local developers aren't building apartments anymore. A case study.
