Don't mind me, I'm new here. So I'll just stand over here by the bar until I pick up the courage to speak. Here's a pic of my dogs, Lily and Charlie, to break the ice.
Here's a question. Powerful men will always want to carry out their depraved sexual desires. Now that Epstein has been murdered and Maxwell is in prison, who is facilitating them? Because someone is. How else would Israel maintain their control over foreign powers.

The very best thing about Donohoe resigning is that we will no longer have to listen to that, "shut up and listen to the story, you siily children" voice anymore.

Why would any American Mayor, Members of Congress, or Members of the Senate serve a foreign power? Israel isn't the 51st state, but America definitely seems to be Israels 2nd state with Britian coming in a close 3rd.

Where are older people meant to find the money needed to split their homes? Refinancing will leave debts for your loved ones to pay after your death.
Chances are the only winners here will be the finance companies.

Is this just a way to bring back bedsits?

I interviewed then housing minister Darragh O’Brien and put it to him that these illegal short term lets could be brought back to the rental market with the stroke of a pen. That it wasn’t done shows the “we’re doing all we can to fix housing” line was a lie.
All Airbnbs being rented year round are in contravention of planning laws. Houses built for private residential tenancy need to apply for change of use. If you built a house without following the rules it could be torn down. We could solve this Airbnb problem overnight, there’s no political will.

“A teacher in their first year after qualifying will earn under €42,500, a nurse just over €37,000 and a garda less than €39,000, if not doing shift work… None of them will meet the minimum salary for a one bedroom apartment.”
